Instructions
Fajitas
Season the chicken with fajita seasoning in a bowl.
Pre-heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and spray with olive oil cooking spray. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onions until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Zesty Lime Sauce
Add all lime sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Assemble the Fajitas
Divide the chicken, peppers, and onions equally among the tortillas.
Top each wrap with ¼ of the sliced avocado, ¼ cup lime sauce, and ¼ cup shredded cheese.
Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides to form a wrap.
